Dual Slurry Wafer Knife Gate Valve

‘s Slurry Knife Gate Valve is built with a cast SG42 or fabricated steel body and features a heavy-duty stainless steel blade. Removable seats on either side of the blade, provide a Bi-directional seal. The valve is equipped with a fabricated frame which can be converted to add different types of actuators in the field without welding.

Body:	Fabricated carbon steel, stainless steel or cast SG42 Iron
Sleeves:	Natural rubber / Nitrile / Viton / Butyl / Hypalon
Gate Material:	Grade 316L stainless steel blade. Fluoro carbon coated to reduce scale build up
Thrush Bearings:	To reduce operating Torque (handwheel only)
Flanges:	size 80mm - 250mm flange are drilled size 300mm - 400mm flanges slotted
Lifting Lugs:	Valves have lifting lugs hole sized.
Certification
Materials:	All wetted parts have certified chemical and physical test reports
Testing:	Valves are tested as per SABS, ANSI, BS specification certified.

The very nature of fabrication allows a maximum flexibility in customising to meet specific needs, materials, pressure rating configuration and face-to-face dimensions.

Pressure Rating: 7 bar (100psi)

Flanges: flanges comply with ANSI, Din, SABS and BS

Matching rubber inserts are placed in the valve housing to seal against the gate when the valve is closed and seal against each other when the valve is open.

This tight seal contains the high internal line pressure, precluding direct pressure against the secondary seal. Double seated design provides bi directional flow and shut off.
