Pinch Valve supports the rubber sleeve at all
times. When the valve is in open or closed position,
the
sleeve is fully supported by the metal housing and
can’t
be punctured in the fully stretched closed position.
The
pressure is therefore taken up by the valve body and
not
the sleeve. This provides a greatly improved response
curve. The mechanical advantage
gained reduces the thrust
required to operate the valve.

- The Dual Pinch Valves have enclosed
bodies with easily
replaceable, flexible rubber sleeves.
- Thrust bearing for ease of opening
and closing.
- Long operating life.
- Full bore, low friction loss.
- 100% drip tight closure even
with solids in the
medium.
- Rising Spindle.
- Seals in both directions.
- High flexibility sleeve design
reduces closing forces,
improves recovery to full open position.
- The sleeve is covered by the
body which protects the sleeve from the environment
and sunlight.
- Indicator to show open or closed.
- Dust covers to protect
Spindle.
